RaptorCore Industrial Sensor Platform

RaptorTech provide a range of internally developed Industrial IoT (IIOT), sensors and remote control solutions to manage communication, control and data between your assets. RaptorCore is a multi-use platform that automates collection of all required data from in-field industrial assets, either generating the data itself with its array of on-board sensors or collecting data from other sources.

The platform provides low-cost yet scalable functionality to meet your various industrial needs, with applications ranging from asset tracking to fuel level sensing to pump control.

The RaptorCore IIoT Stack has been developed to meet industrial customers’ needs for the future of connected assets. It is designed for customers who have unique sensing applications but want to standardise their hardware offering across the business. The electronics are modular so components can be added or removed without changing the fundamental design of the product – resulting in higher reliability and lower cost to deliver customised solutions.

Each RaptorCore communicates wirelessly over one or several RF protocols. These can be specified at order to work with your network of choice – or provide redundant communication options in remote environments.

coreCONTROL

coreCOMMAND

The RaptorCore device logic is controlled by a MicroPython application which can be custom created by RaptorTech or end-users. A software development kit is available for end-users to develop custom software logic. coreTRACK

The device can be specified with a number of geolocation options – ranging from low-precision to sub-5m accuracy. A key consideration when specifying geolocation method is the battery life requirements and the device cost.
